I Can Find You a Real Estate Agent Anywhere in the Country
It’s probably no surprise to you that real estate agents love to network. I love getting to meet and connect with realtors from all across the country. One of my favorite places to meet other agents has been at real estate conference, where I get to have lots of in-person face time with agents from all over the nation.
This means I’m ready to recommend you a real estate agent anywhere in the country!
This is not just about referring you out to the first person I can think of in another market. I do my homework first, and I have an in-depth vetting process in place. It’s super important that I am recommending an agent that is going to offer you the same high-quality experience that I would provide to with.
All too often, past clients will reach out to me when they’re buying or selling a home in another market because they’re working with an agent who is not providing them with the care they need. In these situations, my past clients will ask me for advice beyond what their current agent is able to provide them with. I’m always happy to offer insight and help in these situations. However, I’d much rather you have a fantastic experience from the start!
Recently, a past client (who was buying a home in a different market) reached out to me because their agent wasn’t supporting them enough. I talked them through their situation, but in the process we all realized that what this client really needed was a different real estate agent entirely. I connected them with a new agent in their after they parted ways with their current agent. (Of course, I never want to pull a client away from their agent. But, this client was going to find someone new anyway, and I wanted to make sure their next experience was an excellent one.)
If you know me personally, then you know I we love what I do. It makes me happy to see buyers and sellers receive the level of support and professionalism that they deserve. And it gives this industry a better name when people are having positive experiences with realtors. Win, win!
“I Need a Recommendation for an Amazing Real Estate Agent. What Happens Next?”
If you need a referral for an agent outside of my market, I’m ready to help. BTW, you don’t have to be a past client of mine to benefit from this—I will help anyone. I’d love to meet you!
First, let’s have a quick call.
I want to make sure that I understand your specific needs. Where are you buying or selling? What type of home are you buying or selling? Before I find you the right realtor, I need to understand what expertise will be necessary.
Once I have a good understanding of your wants and needs, I’ll dive into my vetting process.
I have a few different strategies for finding the best agent for you:
I attend conferences with agents from across the country. This means I get in-person face time with many other agents.
I have access to luxury-specific real estate resources. Since I’ve worked with clients in the high-end luxury market, I also get invited to mixers and functions at conferences that are offered only to agents who qualify. Getting to meet even more agents who work at the same price point is another valuable opportunity for me, and I get to pass along this benefit to my clients and referrals.
I do in-depth research for you. If I don’t know the best agent for your needs right away, I have a tried-and-true process for dialing in on a 5-star referral for you:
I connect with other real estate professionals in private agent groups I’m in to start getting a sense of who I should start reaching out to.
If I know an agent in a market close to the one you need a rec in, I’ll reach out to them first. For example, if I need an agent in the OC and I know a great agent in LA, the LA agent will oftentimes give me some recs and point me in the right direction. Who would they send their clients to in the OC? What are the agents’ reputations like in the area?
I also research the market you’re buying or selling in to see who is doing business in that area. Not only do I look at productivity levels, but I look at the types of homes an agent has sold, what specific areas their primary expertise is in, and I’ll spend time on their websites and social media to learn more, too.
Once I’ve narrowed it down, I meet with the agents and interview them to see if I believe they’ll be an excellent fit for you.
… Then I’ll make an introduction!
I am always a resource for your real estate needs. I promise, it’s not bothersome or a burden when you reach out to me with questions or a need for recommendations. It brings me joy to be able to support you like this. It’s also helpful to my business to connect you with other agents!
If you have any questions or need a recommendation for a real estate agent, reach out! I’m always happy to chat.
